Prices shown above are intended as a guide only. Final pricing may vary depending on the design, print size, garment type, quantity, and the most suitable printing method for your project.

We offer a range of decoration methods, including:

• Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
• Direct to Film (DTF) Printing
• Other techniques where suitable

To provide an accurate quote, we recommend sending your artwork along with details such as garment colour, print size, print location, and quantity required. We will then assess the design and recommend the most appropriate printing method based on quality, durability, appearance, and cost.

Garments can be supplied by us or provided by the customer. If supplying your own garments, please ensure they are suitable for the selected printing method.

Discounted pricing is available for orders of 10 or more garments.

To help your garments look their best for longer, please follow our Garment Care Instructions. We use quality materials and professional production methods; however, print durability cannot be guaranteed if care instructions are not followed.

Mug Care Information:

Our sublimated mugs are designed for everyday use and offer long-lasting print quality when properly cared for.

To preserve the design, we recommend:
– Hand washing only
– Avoiding abrasive sponges or harsh scrubbing
– Not using in dishwashers
– Not exposing to extreme heat for prolonged periods

Please note that while the mugs are durable, sublimation printing is not resistant to heavy abrasion or repeated dishwasher cycles, which may cause fading over time.

We cannot guarantee print longevity if care instructions are not followed.

Sticker Information:

Our stickers are printed on waterproof material and designed for general-purpose use with medium adhesion.
They perform well on clean, smooth, and dry surfaces under normal conditions.

Please note that these stickers are not industrial-grade and are not suitable for applications involving:

– continuous exposure to water or moisture
– contact with cleaning chemicals or solvents
– high friction or frequent handling
– use on product packaging that requires long-term durability

For these types of applications, a specialised industrial packaging process and materials are required. Please ensure this product is suitable for your intended use before placing your order.

We offer professional laser engraving services for both personal and corporate projects, creating permanent, high-quality markings with exceptional precision and detail. Laser engraving is ideal for branding, promotional products, personalised gifts, awards, signage and custom-made items.

We can engrave a variety of materials including wood, bamboo, leather, acrylic, glass, coated metals and selected stainless steel products. Popular items include keyrings, bottle openers, drinkware, gift boxes, cutting boards, plaques, awards and corporate gifts.

As every project is unique, pricing is generally provided by quotation and depends on factors such as the material, engraving size, artwork complexity and quantity required. Bulk orders and corporate projects may qualify for discounted pricing.

For the best results, we recommend providing vector artwork whenever possible, although we can also assist with artwork preparation if needed. Simply send us your design, logo or project details and we will recommend the most suitable engraving solution for your needs.

Artwork Guidelines:

When uploading your own design, artwork must be 85cm x 210cm, including a 10cm bleed at the bottom. Please use 300 DPI for best print quality.

Eyelets (+ NZ$15)
Eyelets provide reinforced holes, allowing you to easily secure your banner to a display stand, fence, or supporting structure. Our eyelets are made from stainless steel, ensuring they are rust-proof and weather-resistant for long-term use indoors or outdoors.

Hemmed Edge: (Hemmed edge pricing depends on banner size. Ask for a quote)
Hemming is highly recommended for larger banners or those intended for outdoor use. The edges of the banner are folded over and reinforced with strong hemming tape, adding durability and significantly reducing the risk of tearing—especially around areas where eyelets are placed.
Please note: Due to the hemming process, slight wrinkles may appear along the hemmed edges. This is a normal and unavoidable result that does not affect the banner’s overall quality or performance.

Standard Turnaround Time:
Our standard production time for PVC banners is 4 working day for banners without hemming and 6 working days for banners with hemmed edges. For larger quantity orders, please allow an additional 2–5 working days.

All products are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the client, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all details — including design, size, placement, and intended use — are correct prior to confirming the order.

Product Scope & Intended Use

Our products are developed for specific purposes and should be used accordingly. Stickers are self-adhesive printed items intended for general-purpose use such as decoration, branding, and light packaging. They are designed to perform on clean, smooth surfaces under normal conditions. Stickers are not classified as industrial-grade products and are not suitable for applications involving exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents, continuous moisture, high friction, or long-term use on product packaging. Applications of this nature require specialised industrial packaging processes and materials.

Garment printing is carried out using Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) and Direct to Film (DTF) methods, which are suitable for standard wear, promotional use, and general environments, but not for heavy-duty or industrial applications. Durability depends on garment type, artwork, print size, and proper care.

Sublimated mugs and tumblers are produced for everyday personal use and are not designed for commercial or heavy-duty environments. Unless otherwise specified, these products are not dishwasher-safe and should not be exposed to extreme heat or abrasive cleaning, as this may result in fading or damage.

Laser Engraving Products
Laser engraving is a permanent marking process applied to materials such as stainless steel, wood, glass, and coated surfaces. The final result may vary depending on the material type, surface finish, and artwork provided. Variations in tone, depth, and contrast are natural characteristics of the engraving process and are not considered defects.

Engraved products are intended for standard use and should not be exposed to excessive abrasion, harsh chemicals, or conditions that may compromise the integrity of the material or engraving. While engraving is durable, it is not indestructible and may show signs of wear over time depending on usage.

Artwork Guidelines & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, print-ready artwork. Cactus Design & Printing Studio is not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, poor image quality, or errors in spelling, grammar, or design provided by the client. Colour variations between screen and printed products may occur and are considered normal. For best results, high-resolution files (300 DPI) and vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are recommended. Any artwork adjustments, corrections, or redesign may incur additional charges.

Proof Approval

If a digital proof is provided, it is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all elements carefully before production begins. Once approval is given, no further changes can be made, and Cactus Design & Printing Studio is not liable for any errors not identified at that stage.

Pricing

All prices provided are estimates or base guides unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary depending on artwork complexity, print size, quantity, and material or garment selection.

No Refund Policy (Custom Products)

Due to the customised nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is defective or does not match the approved order specifications. Refunds will not be provided for incorrect application, misuse, change of mind, unmet expectations outside of the product’s intended use, or failure to follow care instructions.

Care Instructions Disclaimer

Proper care is essential to maintain product quality and longevity. Failure to follow care instructions may result in fading, peeling, reduced adhesion, or other forms of damage. Cactus Design & Printing Studio does not guarantee durability where care instructions have not been followed.

Limitation of Liability

Cactus Design & Printing Studio is not liable for misuse, incorrect application, environmental exposure, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Liability is strictly limited to the value of the product supplied.
