📍 Location & Property Notice
The Pick-Up & Drop-Off Box is located on private property.
By entering the property and using the box, you agree to follow all instructions outlined below.
The area is monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance cameras for security purposes.

🔒 Secure Combination Lock Access
The box is secured with a combination padlock.
• Customers will receive the access code when their order is ready for pick-up or when drop-off is scheduled
• Do not share the access code with anyone
• The code may be updated periodically for security purposes
⚠️ You are responsible for keeping the access code confidential.
After opening the box:
✔ Place or collect your items
✔ Close the lid properly
✔ Ensure the padlock is securely locked before leaving

👕 Garment Drop-Off Instructions
When dropping off garments:
Place items inside a bag
Clearly label the bag with your name
Close and lock the box securely

📦 Order Pick-Up Instructions
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation message with the access code.
Please collect your order within 48 hours of receiving confirmation.
When collecting your order:
• Retrieve only your items
• Do not remove or interfere with other packages
• Close and securely lock the box after use

📹 Security & Liability
The premises are protected by 24/7 surveillance cameras.
Cactus Design Studio reserves the right to review security footage if necessary.

⏰ Access Hours
The Pick-Up & Drop-Off Box is available from 6:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week.
The area is monitored at all times for security.
